Welcome to Warline Online

Posted by: Heidi Nyline

We have been hard at work on the most important makeover project Warline has ever done. Over the last year we have spent considerable time and effort focusing on our brand and our company philosophy. Why? Because we realized that in order for us to be able to really provide clients full service, quality painting, we needed to fill in the gaps. And our biggest gap opened up before a potential customer decided to hire us. We would meet with them, spend the time to find out exactly what they wanted and then give them an estimate and referrals. Most times that was enough, but sometimes it wasn't; so we started to look at why.

When I am making a big purchase, I like to feel like I am making an educated, well thought out decision. I do research. Often a painting project is a large budget decision and those decisions are made far more consciously than a small, impulse buy. We needed to help our new customers learn more about who we are and what we do so that they could make their decision to hire Warline Painting with confidence.

That meant putting together a comprehensive profile on Warline Painting. And that meant coming together within our company and focusing on what Warline Painting means to us and what our goals are. We developed a code of conduct (you can read it here) for everyone on the Warline team. We highlighted the advantages of hiring Warline for every type of business and customer we service. We put together a beautiful gallery that showcases some of our past work. Most importantly we came to a consensus on our company philosophy which is to exceed our customer's expectations, every time. We took all of this, gave it to the amazing  web design team at Snaptech Marketing and are very proud to launch our new website.

Our blog will hopefully provide answers to some additional questions you might have regarding painting. We want to be able to share with you changes in the industry and in products as well some of the events and happenings that affect us. We believe that the more we help you get to know about what we do, the easier it will be to make your choice when it's time to hire a painter.

Let us know what you think about our site.  We would love to hear from you.
