Painting for Morningstar Homes - Introducing Avondale, Luxury Living in Coquitlam

Posted by: Heidi Nyline

At last count, we have painted over 700 new homes in Vancouver and the lower mainland. That's a lot of interior and exterior painting, especially when you consider the majority of our work in new home construction has been with one builder, Morningstar Homes Ltd. Since 2005, Warline has been painting Morningstar Homes all over the suburbs of the lower mainland.

Morningstar Homes newest community, Avondale in the foothills of Burke Mountain were created by renowned home designer Frederick T. Sale.

Beautiful dining areas

Working with a builder that appreciates the benefits of quality painting is rare in today's world of new home construction. It's why we turn down more opportunities to work with builders than we take on. There are simply not that many new home builders who put a focus on quality that is more than just lip service. Morningstar has long recognized that a well painted house helps instill confidence with homebuyers that they are buying a quality built home.
The other day someone asked me why I spoke so highly of Morningstar and the answer was easy. They build the type of home I would want to own.

Large open living spaces with lots of natural light are part of the Avondale Kingsgate Model.

And their latest community in Coquitlam, Avondale is no exception. Located in the foothills of Burke Mountain, Avondale is Morningstar's fourth community in this area and is to date the most luxurious and largest homes they have offered on the mountain.
A spectacular chandelier hangs in the entrance way of the Canterbury Model. Of course custom paint colours are available upgrades.

There are more than 70 houses planned for this development and at last count there were about a dozen still available (some of which are future releases not yet available for purchase). Avondale broke all of Morningstar's sales records when they opened their spectacular showhomes earlier this year. A combination of well designed and functional layouts, spacious rooms, stunning kitchens, options for finished basements and a spectacular chandelier in one of the homes has put these houses in high demand.
Stunning master bedrooms and spacious ensuite master bathrooms add to the luxury of the Avondale homes.

But what makes Morningstar stand out on literally a mountain of new homes isn't just the finishings. Morningstar has a reputation for being a premier home builder that is really unsurpassed in the industry. They build a quality home inside and out at a very good value. Their customer service department is another area the company shines and as every Morningstar homeowner knows, when it comes to the resale of a Morningstar home, they almost always garner a premium price.
There are three stunning showhomes to tour, one for each model.
We look forward to continuing to work with Morningstar on Burke Mountain (stay tuned for details on their next development, Amberleigh), Sunstone in North Delta and other communities around the lower mainland. We invite you to visit Morningstar's showhomes and take a look for yourself at these beautiful homes.

These are beautiful homes. I especially love the stripes in the dining room. I''ll be checking these out for sure.

Thanks for stopping by Rita. I'm glad you like them. I agree, the horizontal stripes in that one dining room are nice.
